Santo Miramare Beach Resort

Gostei da localização do hotel, das cadeiras na praia, do banheiro no quarto principalmente da ducha, das camas e do espaço do quarto.

Não gostei muito do café da manhã, eram bons alimentos ofertados, porém se repetiam dia após dia, o espaço para se servir era muito apertado gerando desconforto com as pessoas ali presentes. Outro detalhe importante deste café da manhã era o horário que RECOLHIAM a comida do buffet, as 10 am, ou seja, um resort, por ser um hotel de férias, tinham que reavaliar o horário de encerramento do mesmo. Fica a dica de um profissional de hotelaria. Não foi um prazer tomar café da manhã por 5 dias neste estabelecimento.

Santo Miramare Resort, Santorini – Overall 7/10 We recently stayed at Santo Miramare and had a generally enjoyable holiday, but there were definitely some highs and lows. Location – 10/10 The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quieter side of Santorini. It’s around 40 minutes from Oia (the famous “Instagram Santorini” with the blue domes and sunset views), but in return you get a much more relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance, it’s only around 20 minutes from the airport, and the beach is right on your doorstep. Staff – 10/10 The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. They couldn’t do enough for us and were always friendly and attentive. We had a couple of issues during our holiday and every one of them was resolved quickly and professionally. Rooms – 7/10 If you’re travelling with a pushchair or have mobility concerns, I’d strongly recommend requesting a ground-floor or pool-level room. Many of the rooms require climbing two or three flights of stairs. We asked to move from an upper-level room to a lower-level room and the hotel arranged it the same day. The rooms are clean, serviced daily and perfectly functional, although they don’t have a real wow factor. Pools – 8/10 There are six pools in total, including three shallower pools that are great for children. It looks like there are plenty of sunbeds, but they get reserved very quickly. Although signs state that unattended towels will be removed after 45 minutes, this wasn’t enforced during our stay. If you want a decent spot, especially one with an umbrella, you’ll need to be out before breakfast. Not ideal, but unfortunately it’s a classic holiday “sunbed race” situation.

Food – 3/10 Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment of the holiday. I wouldn’t choose half-board again. The buffet is very small, the variety is limited, and the dining area becomes crowded quickly. Breakfast was acceptable, but dinner was consistently poor. During our stay they also ran out of ice cream and coffee on separate days. There was also some confusion around the pool bar, with different staff giving different information about what was available and when. Gym – 4/10 The gym is very basic. It’s heavily focused on cardio equipment, feels dated and doesn’t offer much for anyone wanting a proper workout. Dumbbells only go up to 10kg.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedéd, csend és nyugalom volt ennek köszönhetően. A személyzet nagyon kedves, barátságos volt. Minden tökéletes volt.
