"Luxe en vriendelijkheid op hoog niveau."

De uitgebreide ontbijt keuze, à la carte. Alles was mogeliijk. Ook zaken die niet op de kaart stonden. De restaurants die zich in de op het terrein en de zusterhotels bevonden, uitgezonderd het buffetrestaurant, waren weliswaar relatief duur maar de gerechten waren topklasse. Vervoer via de boot was ook super. Bij slecht weer waren de golfkarretjes een alternatief. Heel gemeent vriendelijke bediening vanwege de mensen die de kamers deden, de mensen van de receptie en uiteraard de bediening. "Late check out" aangevraagd en gekregen. Eigenlijk moet dit hotel qua service, vriendelijkheid en comfort niet onderdoen van de hotels van de televisieserie "The white Lotus".
