- the mobile house was super clean - a complimentary bottle of wine and water was a nice surprise - the pool was cleaned every day - nice staff

- a lack of soundproofing - if you have trouble sleeping, brace yourself, there will be people partying at night - an unstable tree next to our villa (E07) would make terrible sounds all night, luckily we could change the bedroom since we were only 2 people

The Villa Park is a newly established resort featuring high-quality container houses that are modern and well-equipped for vacations. The surrounding nature and the sea are beautiful, adding to the appeal of the location. While daily cleaning services for both the houses and the pool were provided, I’m concerned that if maintenance remains purely reactive, the quality of the villas could quickly deteriorate. The location is ideal for those seeking rest, though it doesn't offer much in terms of nightlife or activities. However, the nearby towns of Podaca and Zaostrog are within walking distance and have bars, restaurants, and a bakery. Plodine, a large supermarket, is just 2 km away and has everything you might need.

Apart from Ivan, the maintenance expert, and Nika, the receptionist, the staff's hospitality was lacking. The internet was unreliable, and the washing machine, which came with an extra charge, was so dirty that we decided not to use it. Although we paid €25 per dog per day, we still had to adhere to numerous rules that, while understandable for guests without pets, restricted our and our dogs' freedom within the villa's small property. Despite being a great villa resort, the value for the price paid is not satisfactory.

Only beach

It’s was over expensive, no facilities, slow staff

WOW, the view from our villa was just outstanding... The private pool, secluded patio were just perfect for our visit to Croatia. The beach and the Resort are just a short walk down the hill. With our reservation we had access to the main building, the beach chairs/umbrellas as well as the inflatable obstacle course. The Main Resort area has 2 pools, a bar, restaurant and offers snack service in the afternoons. The Villas are great for families, as you have a nice semi-private space with your own pool and patio. The 2 beds and 2 baths are comfortable and very modern feeling. There's no washer or dryer, but they do have drying racks for you to dry your swimsuits outside.

Parking - The parking can be a bit far depending on what Villa you book. We were close, but some were a bit far.

Receptionist wanted to take our passports overnight instead of copying them and after we refused that she become rude and unpleasant
