Un peu loin du centre d’ubud mais c’est le prix de tranquillité

Cet endroit est le plus joli que nous ayons vu à Bali ! L’hôtel propose plein d’activités et une navette gratuite pour aller à Ubud centre. On a passé la journée entière à l’hôtel : entre piscine eau chaude, piscine collective et piscine de la chambre, massage, confection de chapeau en coco, création d’offrande, prière, dîner romantique et shopping à la boutique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et à volonté!

J’ai beau chercher mais je ne trouve rien à redire, sincèrement.

This was a dream! They perfect perfect getaway for our honeymoon, it was so private, we felt like we were treated as VIPs almost the whole time at oue stay, my husband felt sick and they were very accomodating and supportive and kept checking on him everyday, the food options were extraordinary and halal options were always given, the breakfast was mouthwatering, we would get excited to wake up everyday to have their breakfast to which the staff in the resturant were the sweetest and most accommodating to us! The hotel facilities itself were another plus point, we enjoyed the heated pool and the pool and both were amazing! We cant wait to come back again someday! Bestttt stay during our honeymoon!

Magnificent property, tucked into the jungle. Calm, private, and beautifully done. Staff are top-tier: discreet, attentive, always there when needed. Only small note would be more dining options, but that’s personal preference. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer und es war mit allem möglich erdenkliche ausgestattet. Man hat gratis Wasser und Snacks jeden Tag, die Möglichkeit gratis Frühstück aufs Zimmer zu bestellen und sehr freundliches Personal. Der öffentliche Pool ist riesig und es gibt viele tolle Aktivitäten wie Yoga oder Afternoon Tea welche im Preis inkludiert waren. Hier kann man abschalten und sich erholen.

A perfect stay! Staff were amazing, the room was unbelievable and place itself it’s situated in a calm area with great views. They even did a cake for my girlfriends birthday Would recommend if you’re looking for a villa stay.

Struttura immersa nel verde, la nostra camera con vista giungla era davvero spettacolare! Lo staff era eccezionale, si ricordavano dal primo giorno i nostri nomi e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa; davvero molto premurosi e professionali. Altra nota positiva era il ristorante: mai trovato un livello così alto in un albergo finora, davvero i più grandi complimenti. Tra l’altro cucina aperta h24 (con servizio in camera ottimo), davvero incredibile! Ci ritornerei altre 100 volte! Nota ai futuri ospiti: la posizione è eccezionale se volete essere immersi nel verde, ma ovviamente questo implica farsi 25/30 minuti di macchina ogni volta per andare o tornare da Ubud, visto il traffico, quindi occhio!

Ho dato 10, per cui per me era perfetta, ma mi permetto di lasciare qualche critica costruttiva per migliorare ancora di più il servizio: - la cucina è abbastanza lenta, in media aspettavamo 30 minuti tra l’ordine e l’arrivo del pasto; visto che la mattina volevamo uscire presto, abbiamo dovuto optare per la colazione in camera, così mentre aspettavamo il cibo potevamo prepararci. - spesso nessuno passava a pulire i piatti lasciati dal pranzo o altri pasti: andrebbe rivisto questo servizio - la palestra non era accessibile a causa lavori, sarebbe stato bello ce lo avessero comunicato in anticipo - sebbene la cucina sia eccezionale per quanto riguarda tutto il menù, per favore rivedete la ricetta della pizza che era davvero pessima!
