The hotel is nested in a forest making us felt so relaxed and peaceful. Beautiful environment designed through the area and warm welcoming smile everywhere from the staff. Our valley villas is beautiful and spacious with private pool and outside bathtub, which are more than excellent. We particularly loved the complimentary afternoon tea, cookie and snacks, and tea and coffee provided in the room. The main pool is still under construction but there are the other two pools we can use. The endless edge pool is tranquil and beautiful. We used it in early morning when there were one other guest. Also joined the morning yoga class which was a great way of starting a new day. Best of the best's was the breakfast providing semi buffet and a la carte menu. We've tried as many as we can and ended up having four dishes on the menu plus the buffet. Everything is delicious and well presented in the breakfast, which made our perfect stay even better. We would absolutely like to stay longer (when the main pool is completed) next time for a complete experience.

We joined the Bali dance dinner on the night. The dance was nice and performed by three local students. However, the contents of four course dinner is very normal and didn't seem to worth the value. We booked for the valley view villa but the view of the villa doesn't actually see valley and is limited.

Beautiful Villa in peaceful setting, fully equipped with everything we needed. Villa serviced twice a day replenishing water, coffee towels etc. Lovely staff accomodating any reqest. Beautifully maintained gardens.

A little disappointed we were't notified before hand that main pool/bar area was unavailable due to renovation.

Notre chambre « garden villa » était à côté du resto et très bruyante - nous nous sommes fait réveillés par le personnel tous les jours vers 5:30 et la musique commençait à 6h30 environ La piscine principale est actuellement en travaux - la secondaire n’offre que quatre transats et il est arrivé plusieurs fois que nous n’avons pas eu de place, c’est dommage

Everything was perfect. The place, staff, cleanliness. We skipped the breakfast due to early trip so they offered and provided lunch with delivery to the villa. This was very pleasant surprise 🙂. Perfect example of customer care.
