Only positive thing I can say about this place is the friendly staff.

Room was stinky and Bathroom was worse. Both smells like drain. I noticed the sink did not have S drain trap, making the whole place smell like gutter. I had to cover the sink drain with plastic to minimise the stench coming out of it. Toilet would not flush sometimes due to water tank not refilling after flushing so I had to open the tank each time and manually trigger the water refill system. On the last night the toilet flush was leaking and water kept filling the tank and had leakage out of the toilet too. First day I saw small bed bug on the pillow and the whole night I was paranoid and couldn’t sleep. The bed sheet and quilt has lived its days and has holes and stains. Next day asked to change the bed sheets new one was in the same condition. But could tell it was washed by the smell but still had some stains on it. Towels are past its good days and need to be replaced. Lots of ants and small spiders and some lizards in and around the room. Breakfast is provided however the dinning area is full of tiny golden ants on the dinning tables, it’s un noticeable until u take a closer look and whole table is full of them. I usually take my own electric toothbrush on vacation and not use ones provided by hotels. However the battery died whilst my stay here and went on to use the tooth brush provided in the bathroom when opened the pack it was filled with ants. Very disappointing. VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: It’s not a blame on the cleaning staff they do a great job always asking if rooms need cleaning or if I require any-other assistance. Rather it’s the building and needs major renovation specially the bathroom plumbing and also the building needs bug and pest control.

The hospitality was truly outstanding — the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They were very accommodating, even allowing us a late checkout, which made the experience even more comfortable.
