Excellent service, great view and delicious and healthy food.

-The view was beautiful. -Most of the staff were friendly, (specially the boys who cleaned our room and the person who on Christmas Day was dressed as Santa! He provided excellent service in the restaurant). -The bed was comfy. -The room was fairly clean.

-This hotel is not at the standard of a 4 star hotel and very overpriced for what it is. If this was half of what we paid then sure… -There is a gap between the room door and the wall which means your will hear all the noise from everywhere, if someone is outside in the corridor you can hear them as if they where in your room. -The included breakfast was ok, but many things are not included and you have to pay extra. -The bathroom in our room needed to be fixed, heaps of water would pass to the toilet area every time you take a shower. -The reception staff needs more service training.

Все было супер, крутой бассейн на крыше с баром, не большая ванная на балконе. Чистые номера, удобная кровать.

Шум от дороги, но к сожалению это проблема 99% отелей в данных местах!

Only the upstairs pool was ok

The bathroom was super moldy no air circulation also the noice from the road was to much and the room was not properly clean also the main door and balcony door was not closing well and the lobby was not presentable at all for the price they charge definitely not worth it

The unit is well equipped, comfortable and perfect for couple stay

You need to walk/hire their valet service to have your breakfast / eatery

The staff were very friendly and really helpful. We had an issue with our hire car and they did their very best to sort that for us. The in house food was really nice.

We moved from our initial room because the bathroom had a strange smell, it had no TV nor aircon. The hotel feels several months away from being finished. The whole area has an issue with flies due to farmers putting fresh chicken manure on the fields, which meant that we were unable to open any of the windows.

Very noisy, not enough hot water to have a bath, LOTS of insects so couldn’t open door, had beetles in room all night. No fridge in the room

Ich war in der Regensaison zu Gast und habe von einem Discount und zusätzlich einem kostenlosen Upgrade via Booking.com profitiert. Daher hat für mich alles gepasst. Sehr schönes Design, atemberaubende Aussicht. Zudem habe ich die Empfehlung des Restaurants befolgt und sehr gut gegessen (Ente). Wer am Pool entspannen will und komfortables Hipster-Lifestyle sucht, etwa nach abenteuerlichen Tagen und Camping-Unterkünften auf dem Vulkan, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Super feines Frühstück auch!

Ja, die Strasse… aber gute Ohrenstöpsel werden angeboten. Für mich kein Problem.
