Esta para repasar un poquito, y las toallas no olían bien, a pesar de que las cambiaban todos los días

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und besonders Frau Putu , hat uns an ihrem freien Tag ( wusste ich vorher nicht) , per WhatsApp weitergeholfen. Unser geplanter Fahrer hat die Reise zurück von ubud nach kuta , wegen Problemen am Auto kurz vorher abgesagt. Putu hat sich aber sehr darum gekümmert, das wir schnell einen Ersatz bekommen haben. Soviel schnelle Hilfe und Freundlichkeit ist selten heutzutage. Danke

Personnel disponible et accueillant. Cadre agréable et très bien positionné pour visiter le centre de Ubud sans subir le désagrément sonore.

Une amélioration sur la douche pourrai rendre cette hébergement parfait

The Hotel is peaceful and tranquil. Having just 5 villas makes it the perfect place to stay to de-stress. We had the Sunset Villa with the the private pool, which was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and welcoming. Ms Putu went out of her way to source a product we wanted. And, the breakfast were so good! The floating breakfast in the pool is worth the extra money. 🥰 The Villa is spacious, good amenities and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The koi pond in the compound of our Villa was a nice touch. The location is great with 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Ubud, to the shops and the restaurants. There are 2 easy walking tracks within 15 minutes of the property. We did both of the tracks. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the Hotel. Below comments at to assist future guests and some suggestions. It can be a bit difficult to get to as the Hotel is a steep climb of steps from one side or walking through the side of other properties on the other side. However, the staff were always there to help with the luggage. May be a bit more lighting along the pathway and security such as passcode protected locks after midnight at both ends of the Hotel, all the staff leaves by midnight. However, we felt quite safe without these.
