There is nothing to like about the property.

The pictures are deceiving. There was a cockroach in the room. The toilet flush was broken. No hot water for the shower. The guy told me he would get me a hot water bucket. I paid 3.5k for this room but the service is way worse than a roadside lodge.

I just liked the location, As it was closer to the Ganpatipule Mandir. Not much closer but you can have a 10 mins walk directly to the Mandir. No additional charges for Pet.

The price they are charging was too much compared to the facility n cleanliness we expect. No package drinking water, they offer a Jug of water with 2 steel glass. Bed mattress - springs in the mattress are so Hard n the mattress has lost its shape which makes u uncomfortable n pokey while sleeping Just below the bed it was so horrible n untidy. Bedsheets pillow cover..... overall everything on n below bed was untidy. No breakfast at this price. No printed bill is fine for me with a reason as the prints are not printed properly but when the reception person says it will be sent to you on WhatsApp if we prefer. But I had checked out on 23rd April 2025 and today is 29th April 2025, but I haven't received any bill yet If we pay ₹9000 for 2 days we at least expect some basic services like package drinking water and a simple Indian breakfast.
