Rooms were decent.

Staff are not readily available. You have to call them repeatedly to get things done. The room booking includes the swimming pool. However, due to more crowds on the weekend, the hotel staff started interrogating the guests about their costumes etc. It was a pretty bad experience for female guests and embarrassment for all to have such a bad experience. Policing the guests straight out of the pool was awful. Additionally, if you are not coming through your own vehicle then do not book this place. It is weirdly disconnected to even the main highway and forget about any cab/auto etc from this place.

This is horrible place as the staff is so arrogant and there is no professionalism. Poorly managed Pool is so dirty and service is really poor

no facilities for any emergency purposes if sone one got I’ll or hospitalised. and no taxi services are there from hotel side. very disappointed with this hotel team.
