Staff was great and service was exceptional.

Only issue we had was mosquitoes in our room the first day. But staff took care of it.

Quality off food, staff was helpful and attended specially Buffet area staff was very corporative.

Took to long to attend us and prepare food as per our requirement, room service was too slow to get towel. Worst and probably horrible experience was tap water during bath came dark brown like mixing of soil or god knows what. I was lucky enough that my 7 yr old daughter didn't go for bath before me. Haven't seen such mix up of water anywhere in this world. Pool area wasn't clean and main pool had water with too much chlorine.

The Resort was found to be well located and having good facilities and ambience in restaurants. It had Ev charging facilities as well.

Overall good Resort

I liked the overall feel of the property. the view was good. Dinner was good ( buffet). Although all your team members right from the guard opening car door for us to the housekeeping team an in-between all of them we were very very good. Always smiling and ready to help.

Dinner was good but the evening Snacks ( we called for from In room dining) was just about OK...It was very dry and did not come hot including the tea. We did not complain only on the grounds that there was I guess a wedding in the hotel and we thought your staff all of them would have been busy in that but sure for paying guest we would have expected prompt services. Also the breakfast can be better not in terms of variety but the taste for e.g the coconut chutney was sour ( it did not Taste fresh, Sambhar was tasteless and poha had zero salt)
