Please note, that is if you are listening - that after a wonderful stay our exit experience with your front desk staff ruined everything. The unnecessary hostility shown was quite unacceptable and unreasonable when there was already an alternative way out. Instead of leaving with great memories we are all left a bitter taste. In the business of hospitality there is no room for staff that cannot keep their cool, Particularly that women at your front desk, dusky complexion and straight hair, who conveniently does not wear her tag, so i cant identify her. She treated us like shit, like we were beggars, just because we didn't produce a document, which we promised to send when we reached home and we did. We are never stepping into Dukes Retreat ever again. I would have taken this to another level and hit social media and made this known to everyone. I am letting it go because of the kind hospitality of your junior staff, that showed kindness and gave us a good time. Please correct that woman and let her know that she should change her profession. Totally unacceptable!

Location Bhaghitath, Nitai, Vikki were all excellent and helpful particularly since my wife was unwell.
