استمتعت جداً بإقامتي هنا في فندق غايا ريزيدنسز كانت رائعة بكل المقاييس. الطاقم كان في غاية الترحيب و اللطف والاحترافية، خصوصاً في الاستقبال الموظف أميك كان لطيفاً وودوداً معنا منذ البداية قام بشرح خدمات الفندق بشكل واضح . وكذلك الموظف صدرا قام بأجراءات الخروج من الفندق بوقت سريع وسلس شكراً لكم موظفون فندق غايا الغرف كانت نظيفة جداً وواسعة بشكل جميل، والمفروشات مريحة. استمتعنا بأقامتنا في فندق غايا الموقع ممتاز وقريب من كل الفعاليات الموجودة في شاهداغ . كما ان الفندق يقدم خدمة النقل المجاني لفندق شاهداغ وايضاً السبأ والجيم كذلك نود أن نشكر إدارة الفندق والموظفين على حسن الضيافة، وسنعود بالتأكيد في زيارتنا القادمة لكم في شاهداغ . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gaia Residences. It was wonderful in every way. The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional, especially at reception. Amik was very friendly and helpful from the start, clearly explaining the hotel's services. Sadra also handled the check-out process quickly and smoothly. Thank you to the staff at Gaia Residences! The rooms were very clean and beautifully spacious, with comfortable furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gaia Residences. The location is excellent and close to all the activities in Shahdag. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Shahdag, as well as access to the spa and gym. We would like to thank the hotel management and staff for their hospitality, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Shahdag.

The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was very helpful in many cases, its has a very good size to hold food for a few days in order to avoid going out given the location not being access on foot.

The shuttle in between the hotels were always on time, which was ok, but depending on which hotel you wanna go, it might take an hour if you miss the bus.

Everything! Exceeded our expectations. Big family rooms with kitchenette, multiple bathrooms. Just 3-5 mins drive to Shahdag resort (uphill) and Zirve (downhill), both being hubs for snow activities. Bus every hour to both sides. Punctual Big balcony outside the room if you are on Ground Floor. Cooperative Staff.

Could add breakfast to their package. It stands alone in the vicinity. Need to buy something, could be a challenge.
