Toilet need to be clean and doors need to change

Nothing really liked. Calm and cozy emvironment

The attitude of the staffs excluding the one at reception was very rude. The breakfast spreads were very limited and when u ask for an omelette or juice, the staffs were not friendly at all. Even the guy at the entrance did not open the locked gate when we wanted to leave and when we requested he did it with hesitation and with a rude attitude as he was playing on his mobile phone at the entrance. Then regarding the room, the linens were very old, with holes in it. No bottled drinking water, instead they will provide water in their own bottles which we never know from where they took it. Toiletteries are limited only a soap and shampoo, no shower cap, moisturisers and brush/toothpaste. No wardrobe or shelf to keep your things. Food was ok but not really upto mark when u choose to stay at a place which costs to around 5k. Breakfast had only 2 or 3 items. U can't really find a boiled egg or omelette easily, need to ask the staff and they are very rude in replying and not friendly to provide those as those are very basic things in a breakfast buffet.

Nice house and location

Not clean , poor breakfast

I liked the location and service provided. Even late night also , when called , they could arrange the extra services like bed and luggage assistance. Even though the rooms taken were premium , it looks normal , but it was clean . Some more good and bright light will make the room , more nice. Washroom is constructed in natural way with open roof, but again , if a mosquito net have been attached on top, flies wont come in !

Room Size , Lights , Break fast was very limited , Just 2 main dishes / One salad / One cornflake / One starter / One juice and 2 hot beverages. That also just for 2 families , we have to wait for them to re-fill. Also, for dinner ordered some item and Kitchen was not bothered to deliver or to inform the reason. 'Kitchen is very poor' As per the money value , it should have to be better.

Limited choices but it was tasty and amazing. It was a buffet, which had dosa, wada, sambar, chutney, boiled banana, bread, jam, butter, tea/coffee & watermelon juice.

I didn't like the fact that they start serving the breakfast from 8.30 am, which is very late in the morning.I had a feeling that the staff serving the breakfast were forced to this task and they looked very disinterested and just wanted to get over this activity at the earliest.

The place is beautiful with backwater facing and also the big garden. They were introducing a pool. Best for some lazy leisure vacation .

A swimming pool would be a nice addition. Breakfast should have better options. The food is not buffet and a la carte is also time restrictive..

The chef was really good and the a la carte food was outstanding.The manager was very helpful and nice.

Feeble shower

Lovely chalet all to ourselves, a large and comfortable double bed, room clean as a new pin. Smart new bathroom with the best shower pressure in 3 weeks in India. AC worked fine. WiFi worked well all round the grounds. Staff were all helpful. Gardens were lovely, the waterside setting gave views of boats passing from the restaurant area. The food was really good. A short menu but all dishes done well (and no “tourist spicing”). Breakfast had a limited selection - good if you like Keralan breakfasts, and toast and fruit if you don’t!

Bugs came out at dusk, driving us in from the porch - a shame! More hammocks would be good, there are loads of trees after all.
