Need better record keeping - we paid by CC on check in but were asked to pay (again) on check out 3 days later - I had to show the CC debit on my phone to prove we had already paid!

The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very spacious. The property was very close to the beach and had a path inside the resort directly connecting it to the beach so that was pretty great.

The washroom had some minor issues. Given the size they could have made better use of it.

Room was spacious and clean.

They didn't provide the room that we booked and there is only one guy to take care of everything, one guy needs to manage reception, take order at restaurant and cook at kitchen. He is also not sure about the booking and room allocation and he keeps calling someone for everything
