The staff, food, place, cleanliness, everything was very nice. Everyone was helpful and supportive. Place was kids friendly and the beach access is easy, hardly few steps away. The rooms are spacious and always kept clean. Worth the money

They should have beach facing rooms. That was the only thing missing or should be considered.

Very clean room, has fridge, TV, shower. Plenty of parleying space for your motorbike or car.

The pathway to the beach isn’t perfect and clean. The restaurant adjusted to the property not the best one.

The location was very good, just behind the beach at the quieter end of Palolem amoungst the palm trees and nature. The area around the rooms was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful especially when my husband was unwell, they arranged for an english speaking tuk tuk to take us to the best medical attention. Everyone was very friendly.

We didn't know we had to ask for cleaning, just a mis-communication, but once solved all was very good.

Location was amazing, just a stone's throw from the beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. The surrounding was quiet and serene and villas were very clean.

Wi-fi slow, showers with very little hot water but that's ok I guess.

The place is situated at very end which is not advisable. There are no amenities as such in the room. No room service or anything.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I booked a 3-night stay at Oxygen Resort, Palolem, Goa through Booking.com, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, Sudipta (Deputy Manager) assigned us Room 201, a standard room as per our booking. The room was suffocating, poorly located in a corner, and had an unclean bathroom, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. On requesting for a room change possibility, a staff member initially assured us that it could be arranged—two nights in one type of cottage and one night in another, pending internal confirmation. However, when we followed up with Sudipta, he outright refused, claiming no other rooms were available. To make matters worse, We checked in at 4 PM, and within the first 4-5 hours, we experienced around 10 electricity cuts, making it impossible to relax. When we questioned the room allocation, Sudipta dismissively said, "If you had spent ₹500 more, you could have had a better room." This was shocking, especially after paying ₹7,000+ per night. He explicitly stated that Room 201 is only allotted to guests booking through Booking.com and not to those booking directly—a blatantly unfair and discriminatory practice. Frustrated by the poor service, we decided to cancel our stay after the first night. Instead of assisting, Sudipta coldly told us to deal with Booking.com and politely threatened that, since our reservation was non-cancellable, the hotel had the right to refuse a refund for the remaining two nights. This was completely unreasonable, so we contacted Booking.com, who intervened and negotiated a settlement. While we eventually received a refund within two days, the 30-60 minutes of unnecessary confrontation with Sudipta completely ruined a day's vacation for us. The worst part was Sudipta’s behavior—rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist guests.
