staff is very good and that is the only saving grace.

The room description for the suite shows a bed room and sitting room at booking.com but the sitting room is a common space area. the room phone was not working so could not contact reception for any issue, they changed the instrument and corrected the line on 25th evening. Wifi password was not given at time of admission so I assume they did not have wifi. hot water was not working on 24th 25th and 26th, on 26th water was not there and they provided us with 2 hot water buckets. On 25th we just got hot water for half an hour and thankfully we were able to catch the safari we had booked. every morning the hot water issue would arise, finally on our day of departure the hot water flowed. We had booked the safari for the 26th too and when we asked them to cancel they said cancellation charges would apply,so we said fine if we did not go we would pay the charges. but on 26th morning there was no water, so they should have borne the cancellation. Safari cost is shown in mail as INR 1800 , they have charged 2200 plus taxes. The vehicle we had booked for airport transfer was Etios for 6000/-. they sent an innova whose cost they had mentioned in a later message was 7000/-,but they did not charge the difference. The TV channel we asked to watch the FIFA world cup could not be arranged. they showed they were trying but end result was zero.
