The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The suite was very comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities with great views

The location and courteous staff

The condition of the room. More than 60% of the walls had peeling off damp patches with mould. Rooms in this condition should never be offered to guests. The toilet bowl was stained and not cleaned properly b4 room offered to us. Was cleaned after we insisted on it. Very disheartened to see the state of the facilities. Not worth the tariff charged.

Liked the ambience. But we were disturbed due to presence of a big group making much sound using box loud speakers for their event during night. Otherwise it was a great experience for us as aged persons since we like calm and cool ambience.

We didn't like box loud speakers sound by a big business group sometimes during night. Food supplies to cottages were disturbed during the presence of the big group specially for aged persons it was difficult to go to restaurant during lunch and dinner for the distance between cottage and restaurant. The resort needs a professional touch in food preparation for different choices of customers.

Breakfast was very good. Lunch was excellent. Most importantly behaviour of the staffs was good. They have taken extra care for us specially for arranging breakfast early in the morning. We are really very happy staying over there, quite peaceful.
