You should take care restaurant facility. It's poor

Food chargeable tha ye Hume pata nahi tha actually booking .com par food par toh atleast discount Dena chahiye tha .... breakfast ,lunch ,dinner ,snack ,water sab chargeable tha...atleast discount toh Dena chahiye tha ...

Extremely poor service. They say they have restaurant but its not the case. They have no food options. They order from some near by restaurant . The most pathetic part is for dinner you have to order before 7pm else you dont have dinner that night. Folks at reception are extremely arrogant . We decided to checkout by afternoon as we didnt find the place good. Even after we settled our payment without any questions , the lady at the reception called and argued for no good reason.

The resort was awesome. Food tasted great.

The location makes it not considerable especially during night travelling.

We arrived in Mumbai after a very long tiring flight and ordered an Ola which dropped us right in front of the resort and couldn't believe our eyes at what a beautiful property we suddenly found ourselves in. We were immediately welcomed in a very friendly way and felt incredibly comfortable right from the start we felt like home and this feeling only increased until we left! The staff is just so nice, accommodating and with every question or search for help with all their hearts in to give us the best possible time. Everyone does their Tasks incredibly well with a lot of love, we saw you all thanks to everybody ! We would love to come back anytime and would like to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time ! This place is amazing. The hospitality of these people is almost overwhelming. They always make sure that all of your needs are met. The food is incredible and the people that you’ll meet are even more so. When my stay was over and I needed to leave I couldn’t find a taxi that would take me back into the city. So the owner got in his car and took me himself. And when we got there he stayed and helped me call an Uber along with another amazing guest that I met during my stay. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, please try it out if you get a chance!

The location is very hard to find. It doesn’t show up on any map other than this app and even then it doesn’t give you directions. Me and my taxi driver got lost twice trying to find it. Your best bet is to call the hotel and if you don’t speak the language then give the phone to your driver and they will guide you.
