The location of this property is extremely remote and desolate, where even GPS navigation doesn't work reliably. The contact number provided by the property was switched off during our drive and was only turned on later at night. The directions they eventually gave led us to an inaccessible, unpaved road with no street lighting or signs of habitation, which felt unsafe and raised serious concerns about the possibility of getting robbed. With the map leading us nowhere, we had no choice but to return to Kolhapur and arrange alternative accommodation. I would not recommend this property to others. And they denied to refund after complaining to booking.com.

You need to put proper Google location because we were lost couple times ♡

If you want to stay away from your day today life and take a break then this is the right place.

Resort ambience was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food quality was fair

Property looks old. Front desk and staff service needs attention. No basic stuffs in room (bath towels, shower needs). Problem with electricity. Frequent power failures and noisy fans In house restaurant service is very slow needs follow ups to get the order. Only two options for breakfast with delayed serving

The room was too small . The comod broken. No towels in the bath. The bed was creaking while shifting and a dog barked whole night
