La Kamp Resort

The staff was extremely helpful and thoughtful. Special mention to Sikander and the chef. He would prepare customized food for us as requested and they were genuinely helpful. We really enjoyed the stay, it's scenic view and they have our highest recommendation

Location and the view of lake

The staff, the limited food options,the food itself,stinking rooms, facilities,everything was bad here,we were waiting to run away from here

Facilities

Bad planning for volumes. There was a wedding planned on one of the days and hence resort was completely booked out. There was no water in the washroom for 3-4 hours in the morning. Which was disgusting

Really lovely peaceful location. Lots of space and nice to have a "pod" to ourselves with a beautiful view of the lake. Friendly, helpful staff. A good hopping off point to explore lots of interest in the area including the Great Raan.

Slightly limited menu in the restaurant and building work (they're developing the place) was a bit disturbing at times but generally ok. Also the pool could do with more shaded areas and comfortable seating - a fairly easy fix I should think.

Room cleanliness

Very good location, and the overall layout of the hotel and rooms.

Very less staff. Long delays in room service. Long waiting times at breakfast buffet and dinner. It was disappointing considering the price !!!
