Property area is vast, well located.

Starting from check in to check out, they worked like amateurs. Lack of staff in all areas. Self car parking and that area was worse than road side public parking. Full of used cigarette packets, etc and totally unhygienic. Don't ask about food, total disappointment.

Loved the location on the backwaters, swimming pool and the gardens. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The decor and ambience in the upstairs restaurant was disappointing with no atmosphere or interest. The rooms also lacked in finishing touches such as Indian wall hangings or paintings.

Very peaceful place with lots of beautiful scenery spots and even amazing health spa

Open bathroom have one thing that a lizard or some insect can be around...now was okay with only few but monsoon can be difficult in this place over all

Really slow service in restaurant. It seems they are not confident about service themselves , for everything like a beer bottle itself they will say it will take 20 mins. I guess they are not making that within the hotel :-). For every order easily takes upto 40-45 mins, first day I can understand as it was Christmas and although the restaurant was not full but I am assuming staff would be less. Next day the crowd reduced further but story remained same. Also some small rope balancing amenity is there which the kid was trying and a guy comes out, this is chargeable. I mean after paying 9K per night, this is quite sad behavior. They can do so much more with the size and location of the property, however they does not seem to be keen.
