Isola Di Cocco Ayurvedic Beach Resort

Scenic location. They had a quite a few options for lunch buffet. Taste was average. (Rs.750pp) breakfast buffet(350pp) was good. Mostly South Indian food with live dosa and omelette counters.

Wasn’t given the room that was shown in the pictures. They said it was an upgrade but the room itself was smaller with no balcony or garden view as stated in the booking. When asked about it they said we will move you to that room but it was already 8pm by then and it was raining heavily and there were elderly and little children with us so it was hard to move again. They have some concessions in the food but being a one night stay not getting the room we wanted dampened our experience.

(1), The location of the plot is very good with the sea on one side and the river on the other side (2) The space and soft landscape is good. (3) I got the quietness I was looking for and the location is good for quiet strolls.

(1.) The access road from the Main road to the resort was not good. (2) The staff were good but need to be more welcoming and presentable as per International standards. (3) It is good that shaded car parking facilities are provided, however, the overlooking staff accommodation area requires a facelift. It is in the view of guests and part of the arrival experience.

Not much to write what we liked about the resort. Perhaps a big thank you to Sajida for her customer service.

The whole place was dated.. and away from and difficult to get to. Described as Beach resort. NO Beach.
