Vaya Beach Resort

An unique place in a Bulgaria. Everything is wonderful at Vaya, we had a great time here and we were happy to discover a very pet friendly resort.

Decoration and architecture is very elegant.

Staff attitude was below the average they were careless.. Not professional and welcoming. Doesn't make you feel special at all. Their english is not understandable as well. They really need to educate their staff otherwise it doesnt worth for the price you pay even though the resort and architecture is impressive.

Probably the best black sea resort in Bulgaria and likely the wider region, located on a wild beach with great scenery all around, some spectacular views especially during sunrise Staff was friendly and helpful Very pet friendly, which was a big plus for us and our little dog Excellent facilities, everything was high end and well designed Only 36 villas so there's privacy and doesn't feel crowded We look forward to our next trip here

Food variety can be improved, more vegan options would be nice Would be nice to have some water sports accessories like a SUP board, body board, or kayaks

Wonderful integration of the property in the unique surrounding nature. Perfect for real relax, you don’t need to worry about anything. We are very impressed by the fact that vegetables and fruits used in the menu are produced in the house gardens that you can actually see. All people working in the complex are friendly and ready to help with any question you may have.

I would like only to note, that if there is a possibility for warming up a little the water in the pools in front of the beach houses, it would be ideal for visiting during the colder months.

Das Zimmer, der Ausblick, die Einrichtung, die Ruhe, der Strand, die gesamte Anlage war mega. Das Frühstück und das freundliche Personal war super, vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen.

Das Essen abends war nicht so meins, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Hab immer was in allen drei Restaurants gefunden. Wie vor erwähnt, war das Frühstück sehr gut. Was in der Nacht gestört hat, war die Pool Pumpe. Sollte vielleicht nachts abgeschaltet werden.

Good facility, Spa is great, beach is comfortable, staff treatment was good, heated pools were great.

Food was low quality and outdated, Room lighting was bad, room view and arrangement didnt utilize its potential properly, room decore was not as expected for such a high end resort. Kids club was poorly equipted and dirty and outdoor kids yard was unfunctional.
