Tágas szobák, kedves személyzet, sok étel amit szem-szaj kíván!

Hideg volt a medence vize! Ott felejtettunk egy fontos dolgot a szobában és írtam üzenetet az oldalra de semmi válasz ez nagyon felháborító!!!!!!!!!

Great and professional staff, has everything you want (pools, entertainment for children such as a game room and some students who do fun stuff for them each day, spa, supermarket, bar, beach exit.. all in one place!) We got a room with an amazing view of the colorful mountains and a huge balcony, it was great. It's also far from everything but very close to the grand market mercury and to the bus station, the bus comes ever 20 minutes and you can arrive in sunny beach in less than 5 minutes. Never any road traffic.

I will say, however, that the bed was not comfortable at all, it felt like hell sleeping there and it's such a shame considering this is an amazing hotel. In addition, we didn't take full board but we did pay for the hotel's lunch on our last day, I would say that it's probably not worth your money. If you're used to Israeli food like me, the food will be very bland and very dry and not tasty at all. It barely had options and to be honest, Israel's same price full board hotels offer much more. I think it's just because of what I got used to. Some people may like it more than me, but I will still keep the opinion that it is not worth your money and you can get better food on sunny beach for cheaper.
