Limpeza dos quartos estava satisfatória, piscinas com varias opções de uso. Area de lazer bem grande, porém bem mal cuidada e com aparência de velha.

Quarto bem limpo, porém a internet é de péssima qualidade, sinal muito fraco caindo toda hora. Poucos canais de TV e com uma qualidade horrível, nem TV Globo funcionava, por trabalhar exatamente com isso na Claro achei um absurdo. Café da manhã bem fraco para um "Resort". Os pães acabaram, frutas feias, poucas opções de bebidas e comidas, bolos não muito bons. Área de lazer bem grande porém com aparência bem de abandonado, bem velha, principalmente as quadras e o campo q na verdade nem existe de tão abandonado. Muitas mesas e cadeiras da piscina estavam sujas e ao solicitar a limpeza para uma moça que estava com o carrinho de limpeza dos banheiros, ela disse q não era da sua função a limpeza e nem me deu atenção.
