ESJPラウンジがおしゃれ。ドリンクが飲み放題
宿泊棟から大浴場まで距離がある。雨の日だったので2階外に出て湯冷めした。宿泊棟は階段のため、ベビーカーを持ち上げる箇所があった。
JP朝食は美味しかったです。ラウンジも種類は多くないですが、お酒やソフトドリンクが楽しめました。
全てのプランに夕朝食が付いている訳ではないので、気を付けないと間違えてしまいます。夕食付きのプランに当日変更出来ないのが残念でした。

We had the worst experience at this hotel during the whole trip, 1, the location is close to nowhere and had no shops around, no public transportation so each time to anywhere we had to call taxi and the way time was so long; 2, no one told us that the breakfast and dinner at hotel need to be booked two days ahead, and even when we arrived the staff rejected us to book the breakfast after our 2 days stay; 3, the facility is very old and poor, carpet was disgusting and everywhere smells like mould, onsen place was also poor, had no light at all from hotel room to it, not safe and doesn’t seem like a welcome gesture to the guest to use it at night; 4, service was poor, you barely see any staff around except reception; no cleaning service during the two days stay; 5, apart from all the bad experience of all, when we check out the staff charged us $2400 for onsen, and when we questioned he explained it was land tax 土地税？We have been many hot spring hotel no one else ask for additional onsen fee, and no one has made any communication during booking, when check in, during the stay but all of sudden when check out you ask for some additional fee?And plus, since when does a hotel charges its guest land tax??
FRvery beautiful room with a private onsen outside, exceptional! The dinner as well as the breakfast make discover the japanese gastronomy.

駅からホテルまでの送迎が少ない。
DEDas Onsen und der Garten vom Hotel waren schön. Es gab kostenlose Getränke so viel man wollte, diese konnte man auf der Gartenterasse genießen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das war angenehm.
Sightseeing und auswärts essen ging nur mit dem Taxi. Das Hotel ist oben auf dem Berg und ziemlich ab vom Schuss. Shuttle Service nur 2 mal am Tag. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Teilweise fleckiger Boden, Klimaanlage im Zimmer relativ laut. Betten empfanden wir nicht gut. Auf der Toilette hatte es einen ziemlich kräftigen Schimmelgeruch.
