Es ist ganz schönes Hotel,Personal sehr freundlich ,Mustafa war sehr nett . Es hat uns hier sehr gefallen . Das Essen war auch hervorragend.

"Unpleasant stay in casa cook"

The staff r extremely friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

The food is very bad in breakfast and on the pool deck. Super poor quality for the price u r paying. The dining room is very dark and the food is very bad quality i clouding the egyptian corner. The phone in the room is not working so u have no contact with the reception. We had to carry our bags out for checkout. They said they can be reached via what'sapp but noone answer when u contact in. Last when checking in a used the toilet in the reception area and it was disgusting. No water,no toilet flush, and filthy. Which was an ugly start for stay.

"Our stay was perfect!"

Everything was amazing. The hotel as well as the room and pool are beautiful and clean. The staff was super friendly and caring. Food and drinks were nice and we really liked it that there were multiple activities organized by the hotel such as a movie night, egyptian bbq and yoga. We’ll definitely come back another time!
