The staff were truly outstanding. A special mention to Mohamed Adel, whose professionalism and warm welcome made our check-in experience seamless and comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the creative and thoughtful room arrangements prepared daily by Mohamed Galal. A wonderful stay overall!"

The only area we'd suggest improving is the food quality, which we hope to see enhanced on future visits.

The hotel grounds are very well-kept, everything is clean and pleasing to the eye. There are excellent water slides that are suitable for both children and adults. The staff is caring, very attentive, and always ready to help. A huge plus is the free shuttle bus from our hotel to the sister hotel on the first coastline. We also enjoyed the variety of entertainment programs; you definitely won't get bored. We were very warmly welcomed at the reception by Mohamed and Abdallah, who immediately created a great first impression. I would like to express my special gratitude to the administrator Mohamed. He truly listens to the guests and does everything for their comfort. Our high rating is largely his merit. Also, a special thank you to the doctor at the on-site clinic, Mohammad Hamaky. Our child got an injury in the sea, and at the clinic, the wound was professionally stitched and bandaged daily. Such medical support and the doctor's professionalism were a lifesaver during our vacation. We felt that our child's health was in safe hands, which allowed us to stay calm and feel reassured in such a difficult situation!"

Everything's great

The children absolutely adored the numerous heated pools complete with slides. The hotel was spotlessly clean and conveniently located near the airport. The family room with a door separating the children’s area from the parents’ was a lovely touch.

The restaurant offered a wide range of food but the quality was quite poor. The acoustics in the main dining area were also lacking. It’s a remote location, close to the airport but not a town centre. The fitness was only open between 10am and 6pm.
