Food excellent. Beach beautiful. All staff exceptional. Pools clean. Drinks good. Service good. Beautiful view from room. Room very clean. We stayed with family and reception was very fast in getting us close to each other. With an upgrade. The hotel when we came 4/3 was nice and quiet. no people around beach or lower pool. Bar staff and lifeguards excellent. Big reward of staff should go to beach recreation man. Who always made sure towels down. Sun or shade. Drinks. Wind breaks.

Bed needed updating. Cleopatra beds are far far more superior. And pillows also. No ashtray on balcony. Public toilets need updated. But ones inside main building beautiful.

Everything was perfect. The staff were highly cooperative, including the reservation, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams. The facility is senior-friendly, and the aqua park is very good. The food was exceptional, aside from a few very minor issues.

Some of the staff are very friendly and try to help you. The food was generally quite good. The aqua park area is fun.

First of all, the hygiene in the bathroom area is very poor. Towel changes are not done regularly, and the cleanliness of the towels provided is also questionable. Although the food is generally good, the menus are very limited. The same types of dishes are served every day, especially the dessert menu, which never changes. The drinks available at the bars are very limited. There are only two places where you can get snacks during the day, and both are far from the most frequently used pools. The spa is located in a separate building, but you don’t really get a true spa atmosphere. Some staff members say “yes” to your requests even if they don’t actually understand them, and as a result, you may end up receiving something completely different. On the last day in particular, when our request for bath towels was misunderstood and the staff brought only hand towels, it really drove us crazy. Moreover, one of the hand towels was wet. Since we returned from a safari late in the evening, we couldn’t deal with it any further and had to use the beach towels instead. Although the aqua park area is very fun, you have to walk to the slides over a surface covered with bird droppings, and wearing slippers in that area is not allowed. Sadly, I must say that I do not recommend this hotel at all.
