Clean-Well managed-Staff is very helpful and professional. Mr. Khalid who welcomed us did above and beyond and upgraded our room from garden view to suite with Jaccuzi. He also offered us to book a la carte restaurant more than once per our stay. The staff always trying to help and very fast in responding. The Italian restaurant is so good, food, staff and everything. Fabulous. This is the one we tried.

The activities are kind of okay (We tried the submarine boat “okay”- and the parachute/tube ones “insanely good” . The live shows at night were mainly targeted to the elderly folks which were so many in the hotel ( The live songs are kind of old enough). You need to book a restaurant and the number of bookings is related to how many nights you stay.

The kindness and attentiveness of the entire staff, from the manager and reception staff to the waiters and cleaning staff, were outstanding. They were all incredibly helpful and eager to make guests feel welcome and ensure an unforgettable stay. They surprised us with a room upgrade to a spectacular suite and even allowed us a late checkout since our flight was at midnight. The beach and pools are absolutely stunning.

Without meaning to diminish anything, we especially suggest having a wider variety of imported drinks in the VIP Lounge. They are very attentive, but there isn't a great selection to choose from.

Чудовий, ми майже ніколи не повертаємося в один і той самий готель, але Premier le Reve - це виняток! Відпочивали вдруге і не пожалкували! Майже весь персонал вже нам знайомий. Навіть зустріли тут знайомих відпочиваючих, які приїздять сюди вже в восьмий раз!!! На ресепшені нам у всьому допомагали Mr. Mohamed Hefny та Mr. Khaled Helmy, щиро дякуємо! Дуже приємна дівчина Badria! На басейні Carlos! У Lobby Bar всі неймовірні! Потоваришували з аніматором Crazy Garrie! Відвідувала SPA та Beauty Salon, дуже все сподобалося! Снорклінг тут для мене ідеальний, не глибоко та вдосталь рибок! Для більших вражень потрібно брати екскурсію. Наявність ресторанів a la carte зі смачними стравами! Є освіжаючий басейн з морською водою! Є променад для прогулянок! Є більярд та пінг-понг! Я думаю, що ми ще повернемося...

GYM треба вже трохи оновити! Як на мене, не зовсім вдале місце проведення вечірньої програми! З мінусів я б назвала лише Wi-Fi.

My stay at Le Rêve—“disappointing” would be an understatement. I initially chose to address my concerns privately, giving management the opportunity to respond before making this public. Unfortunately, the response came 10 days later, did not include my name, and read like a generic copy-and-paste—offering no real acknowledgment or solution. For the price I paid, I expected five-star service. What I experienced felt closer to two-star. A simple situation—forgetting a towel card—turned into an unnecessary issue when staff refused to provide a towel, even when I offered my room number or key as a guarantee. In all my travels, I have never encountered this level of inflexibility, and it immediately set the tone for the stay. The situation escalated further when I attempted to return a towel one evening and found the station already closed. Anticipating potential issues, I left the towel there and recorded a video as proof. At the front desk, I explained everything and showed the footage, only to be told it was not their responsibility and that I should return the next morning. When I did, it turned into an unnecessary dispute, with staff insisting the station had been open despite clear evidence. After considerable back-and-forth over a minor issue, my card was eventually returned—accompanied by a lecture on what I “should have done.” For a property of this size, the towel policy is impractical. Expecting guests to carry towels from the beach to dinner and evening activities is inconvenient and detracts from the overall experience. More importantly, I am on vacation—paying a premium to relax, not to be lectured. The hotel store was another low point. We were nearly charged $18 for cigarettes with no visible pricing. When I asked for clarification, the staff member responded, “This is my price. If you don’t like it, you can leave.” This level of unprofessionalism and lack of transparency is unacceptable in any hotel setting.

The spa experience was equally disappointing. I was approached by staff on the beach while trying to relax, which felt intrusive—the beach is not a place for aggressive promotion. Additionally, one staff member had a notably poor attitude, and the overall service did not justify the high price point (around $150 for a massage). There are far better options outside the hotel. Even the bar fell short. The alcohol quality was noticeably poor, and the cocktails were poorly executed—to the point where even a basic dirty martini was disappointing. This reflects more on the hotel’s standards than the bartenders themselves. Overall, this stay was one disappointment after another. I consulted friends in hotel management before writing this, hoping the hotel’s response might resolve the situation—but it did not. A response filled with empty language only reinforces the problem. At this price point, guests expect professionalism, flexibility, and accountability. This experience reflected none of the above.
