Absolutely everything! The staff were absolute angels, very attentive and nothing was too much hassle! Hotel very very clean throughout! Spa was lovely. Rooms great size with good aircon! Great selection of food being a vegetarian. Will definitely be returning

"Superbe semaine soleil et snorkeling"

Nous avons été agréablement accueillis par Ramy à notre arrivée et avons même été surclassé, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le personnel est chaleureux, aux petits soins. L’hôtel est très propre et la chambre spacieuse. Les piscines sont belles et propres (nettoyage tous les soirs). Les beds sur la plage sont très bien également. L’accès à la mer par le ponton permet de faire quelques snorkeling facilement, nous avons adoré. Nous avons également apprécié de toujours trouver une place facilement à la piscine ou à la plage. Au niveau de la restauration rien à dire, les buffets sont variés et changent tous les jours. Il y en a pour tous les goûts en plus des 3 restaurants inclus sur la semaine. Bref nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement!

Le sèche cheveux mural, je n’avais pas apporté le mien car dans ce type d’hôtel en principe un sèche cheveux de meilleur qualité est mis à disposition. Il manque également un fer à repasser dans la chambre. Hôtel un peu loin du centre, une navette serait appréciable.

L hôtel est magnifique, très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très très sympa et nous nous sentons en sécurité. La piscine chauffée dehors est parfaite et la nourriture délicieuse. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Le spa. Les tarifs sont exagérés par rapport à la quantité des soins proposés.
