I have liked the staff behave they are too polite starting from the receptionists to the barmen and the animation team I recommend ivy hotel if you want to have good vacation with limited budget

This was my second stay at the resort, and I can confidently say that the experience was even better than my first visit. The food quality, variety, and overall dining experience have improved noticeably. Special thanks to Hamada, the Restaurant Manager, for the excellent work he is doing. The improvement in food service and the increased variety of dishes were clearly visible and highly appreciated. I would also like to thank Osama at the reception desk for his professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help throughout my stay. The housekeeping and room service teams were outstanding as well they were always professional, responsive, and attentive to details. The animation team deserves special recognition for organizing wonderful activities and evening parties that added a lot of fun and positive energy to the vacation. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. This second visit confirmed why I chose to return, and I will definitely consider coming back again in the future. Thank you to Ivy Cyrene Sharm team for making my holiday so enjoyable.
