Beautiful site and very well maintained gardens surrounded by beautiful trees. Caravan was lovely with comfortable furniture and everything you could need.secure site and the ability to contact caretaker if needed. Very close to shopping and Chester town centre and zoo.

Caravan and the site was lovely and immaculate,very peaceful and the grounds well kept,a secure site,we wish we could have stayed longer,we will definitely return.

There was nothing not to like.

Lovely quiet site with friendly, polite staff. We needed to book a couple of taxis and did not know any local numbers, Patrick at the office reception went out of his way and ordered the taxis for us. We were also short of towels, (misunderstandings between booking.com and the site) however the lady at reception was quick to arrange for me to pick up enough towels for all of us (5).

Some of the utensils when going to cook still had stuff on them and the oven takes a long time to cook with. In the master bedroom,the toilet was very small, however that is to do with the design of the caravan/lodge and not the site.

It was clean and warm when we arrived. Beds comfortable with everything that we needed

Narrow hall and doorways but that’s to be expected in a holiday home so not an issue at all

Caravan was lovely and warm.

Check out of 9am was abit early for a family of 8 with small children. 10 am would of been slightly better.
