Lovely location and building

Poor food and restaurants staff made dining a painful process. Balcony unusable due to noise from kitchen ventilation and response from staff was poor

The hotel was lovely

Staff tolling eyes, getting served raw chicken and not even given any thing for it , literally wrote our room number down for no reason as didn’t get nothing and when checking out I asked about it and no further action what a joke, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone staff is rude they roll their eyes at everyone, you’ll probably get serve raw chicken and this was from the buffet , this is like the most important thing people look at in a hotel , I’m very disappointed, don’t get me wrong the cleaner staff was lovely , the crepes were unreal the two lads serving the crepes so happy and made our stay better , the lad who does the pool bar near the main pool what a guy literally the most welcome one out of every one always had good crack apart from them 4 staff everyone else is just miserable

-אין בכלל מודעות של ללא גלוטן או טבעוני במקום גם אחרי שעדכנו . בכל המסעדות אם אתה צמחוני שלא אוכל דגים או טבעוני אתה יכול לאכול ירקות וזהו . ללא גלוטן הכל ללא לחם אין תחליף . גם לא יודעים מזה בכלל מאוד מאכזב לשלם כל כך הרבה כסף ולא לקבל תמונה או לפחות פתרון . פלוס באיזה מסעדה שמעתי את אחת המלצריות שאומרת שאני ישראלית לשף כי ביקשתי 2 ביצים (כי הביצה המקורית הגיעה על לחם ולא יכולתי לאכול)

מיקום מהמם, חוף ים נקי ומסודר עם בר של המלון הבר המרכזי ברמה גבוהה מאוד והצוות שם החמד ואדיב,

אוכל ברמה בינונית, כולל המסעדות שיש צורך להזמין מקום וכמעט תמיד תפוסות מים בבריכות בטמפרטורה מתחת לאפס לא מעט פעמים נתקלים בפרצופים של אנשי השירות במלון
