Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο όπου κι αν βρισκόμασταν. Νόστιμο φαγητό, δροσερά κοκτειλς ,καθαροί χώροι.

Κάποια στιγμή είχαν μαζευτεί μύγες σε μια στήλη γλυκών. Δεν πλησιαζε κανεις . Ίσως αν ήταν σκεπασμένα τα γλυκά να ηταν καλύτερα.

The Village is really nice. But not a 5 star resort. The best part was the views.

Lack of cleaniness. Ac constantly going off during the night. Small pools not enough chairs. Kids pool with not bar available for kids and parents. Food was the worst part. Bad quality food, blend and lack of choices especially if you have allergies or a vegan. Nothing for the kids beside the only safe option that was the very watery tomato pasta. Fruits weren’t fresh and many were also rotten. Entertainment was just sad. All the workers look unhappy and at times rude. They do multiple things in the hotel which shows a lack of staff as well. The place has potential but unfortunately was a disappointment for us.

Overall a good hotel with amazing views to the see from almost everywhere in the hotel, but with some room for improvement. The hotel was good, although it felt like that it grow over time and therefore the main facilities like the main restaurant was simply to small for so many guests. Although the personal was trying to keep up with that and make the best out of it. Restaurants and bars everywhere, although to less personal, therefore queues almost all day. Additional personal in every bar would be beneficial. But again, the existing personal was trying their best. Food was good and something for everyone. The room was cleaned but not really 100% clean, which one expect from a 5 star hotel. On specific request from our side, we got new sheets for the bed for instance. This was handled very fast though.

Staff were great all round 👍

Not enough sunbeds or space round the pools. More bar staff needed at amphitheatre in the evenings. Some bars sell one cocktail, some dont ie crepe & amphitheatre bar. ALL Bars should sell the same to make it easier for guests ! Queues for crepes, girls and Souvalaki. Currently out of season, will be worse in August. More staff needed. Kids entertainment all German based, despite majority of kids there were English ???

Liked the room and the staff

Queues everywhere for drinks,sometimes waiting up to 20 minutes. The staff serving I couldn’t fault but one person serving while others stood about and refused to serve you is unacceptable. The poor person serving did their best and were good even when the pressure was on them. Managers saw this but did nothing to help. Food is another issue. The main restaurant food is ordinary to say the least and the ah La carte one’s are the same standard . Really disappointed ☹️

I had such a great stay here! Everything was spot on—the food was really tasty, and the staff were just amazing. Super friendly and always ready to help
