The meals were generally good, and at times even excellent. The resort grounds were very clean.

The hotel is far from being a five-star property. There was no room service, and the balcony was filthy and had clearly not been cleaned for a long time, including before our arrival. The towels were rough and scratchy. The staff's attitude was generally unfriendly, with the exception of the lovely ladies at the entrance to the dining room. There was no sense that the staff were trying to help or accommodate guests. The resort is quite large, yet the hotel staff seemed reluctant to assist guests in getting around the property using the golf carts. The indoor playroom for babies and toddlers was very outdated, and there was a lack of shaded outdoor facilities for young children, such as slides and swings.
