"Gorgeous hotel and amazing staff"

"Pleasant resort, but lacking attention to detail"

The staff were wonderful, the food on offer at the buffets was of exceptional and the resort itself was well designed.

The attention to detail you'd expect from a 5 star resort was missing. The wifi was poor in the room, the beer options were very limited, the safe in the room didn't work the entire duration of my trip despite two members of staff noticing it, the main pool / beach area it was impossible to get a sunbed at on the days we went, the service at the main bar wasn't great and was difficult to order a drink and lots of smalls things which alone were not big issues, but as mentioned, the attention to detail was missing.

המלון יפה מאוד חדרים בסדר יש קצת רעש שאנשים עוברים ליד הדלת לא אטומה

יש קצת בעיות עם הצמידים כי כל צבע של צמיד מגדיר משהו אחר במלון ובקבלה לא מסבירים מספיק טוב את הנושא החשוב הזה
