Very nice renovated adults area. The food was great! Excellent dessert selections. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, nice, and newly renovated, with a very large bed. The cleaning lady was very polite. It was cleaned daily, and fresh mineral water and Nespresso coffee were provided daily. A wide selection of swimming pools, mini golf, basketball, and a gym are available. The town of Hersonissos is nearby, and there's plenty of space to stroll around.

The hotel offers no flexibility. All-Inclusive was the only option available at the time of booking. I would have much preferred a 'breakfast only' option so I could spend my money on a la carte lunches at local taverns. To make matters worse, the food was a hit-or-miss. While the grilled fish, grilled chicken, boiled vegetables, rice, and fries were safe and tasty, and the desserts were quite good, other dishes clearly lacked quality. After one of the meals, I developed a fever and vomiting, which ruined two days of my stay. Because of this experience, I unfortunately have to deduct points from my rating.

1. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un personnel et des gestionnaires aussi incompétents, même si nous voyageons fréquemment. 2. Le système de réservation pour le dîner au restaurant est très peu pratique. 3. La nourriture du buffet du petit-déjeuner et du déjeuner est insipide : le choix est limité, tout est trop salé et trop gras. Le café est tout simplement affreux. 4. L'eau des piscines est glacée et non chauffée. 5. Le bruit dans les chambres est très fort. 6. D'après la description, il devait y avoir beaucoup d'animation. En réalité, il n'y en avait presque pas. Nous étions avec des enfants de 13, 11 et 3 ans, et c'était très ennuyeux.

Staff rude, unattentive, no acknowledgment ie greetings when passing. Looked unhappy and resentful. Food horrendous, cold, staff rude, slow and obviously did not enjoy their job
