El personal fue lo mejor! Las chicas nos ayudaron mucho y siempre con una sonrisa

El último día nos volvíamos a Pulau Banyak en bote de madera con una pareja que conocimos allí, y la manager nos cobró el bote para 4. A otras 3 chicas les cobró otro bote y nos envió finalmente a todos juntos, con el equipaje y nosotros todos amontonados, en un día en el que el mar estaba súper movido y había tormenta

La isla y las playas

Personal lento, no hablan inglés y se equivocan continuamente. Una hora de espera para un desayuno de unos huevos revueltos. Reservamos 3 noches y, como solo hay ferry cada 2 dias, intentamos cambiar las fechas, adelantando un día la reserva, pero tuvimos que pagar 4 noches a pesar de no utilizar más que 3 porque el staff se negó a modificar la reserva. Unos caraduras. Nada recomendable.

The villas are well designed and comfortable! The staff are very nice and try hard to fulfill any needs. There is a nice snorkeling spot just in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately the waiting times at the restaurant are unacceptably high! During our 5 night stay, at every meal we had to wait a minimum of 60-75 mins to get a first dish, and we were the only customers of the hotel. Not only it takes long, but dishes are provided in totally random way, so you might end up having your main fish after 1h and then wait 30mins more for your rice or french fries! Due to this, being a family of 4 we were never able to eat at the same time together! Also, the quality but also the ingredients of a certain fish differs a lot depending on who is cooking that day! I have to say that we also found 4 cockroaches (2 at the restaurant and 2 inside the beds)! Now, while I understand that we are in the nature and that there might be ants, geckos, spiders...inside the room, I dont believe those big cockroaches are there because of the proximity with nature....

Playa bonita. Decoración y estilo

Muy ruidoso. Generador funcionando de dia y de noche y olor a gasolina todo el día. Mal mantenimiento, estantes rotos, puertas que no encajan, etc.. No hay mosquiteras pese a la gran cantidad de mosquitos que hay. No tienen aire acondicionado. Tienes que elegir entre morir de calor o dejar abierto y que te coman los mosquitos.
