Il ristorante si può sicuramente migliorare. Per il prezzo e il livello dell hotel ci aspettavamo di meglio, sia come servizio dello staff che come confort.

Location, sopra un ruscello, nel mezzo della giungla,la tenda supertop comoda elegante,dotata di tutto quello che puo servirti dalle pantofoline al dentrificio

Purtroppo la vicinanza alla moschea e’ un fastidioso risveglio alle 4 del mattino. Ci sono tappi in dotazione

All great!!! Amazing, room is amazing and looks even better than the pictures, super well furnished and clean. staff very welcoming We even used their free bikes to bike to a nearby plantation of coffee

"One day in paradise"

The location and setting is truly amazing. A luxury paradise between the trees. The tents are very comfortable, and the restaurant has great food and drinks. But what really stood out is the service. Super helpful and very easy communication ahead of arrival and during the stay. And most importantly: when there was a misunderstanding about a reservation (for the spa) the staff did everything to find a solution for us. That is what sets good and excellent apart. We would have loved to stay a bit longer, and recommend the place to everyone.

The tents are spacious and the setting is very beautiful.

We stayed for four nights and every night were woken at 3am by a public announcement over a loud speaker system and then again at 3.45am by the local mosque. We live in Dubai and are used to the call to prayer in the morning but this one is earlier, louder and longer than anything we have experienced in the Middle East. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, don't expect a good night's rest.
