Welcome drinks were traditional ones, such as rosella tea and Telang-flower tea. The breakfast menu consisted of both Sundanese and Cirebonese cuisines. The superior king room has a comfortable bed and a large multimedia TV. Our stay was delighted with a special event involving a campfire and kids' games. The resort is in a valley, so we can experience the natural ambiance of "tropical forest."

The toilet bidet was usable but broken (it leaked). Many mosquitoes were in the open-air bath, and there was no hot water, rendering it unusable. The resort location (each room) is almost inaccessible for people with physical disabilities.

Kind staff, thank you so much for helping us when our son was sick! It meant the world to us. Everyone was so kind. Great service, keep up the good work!

Perfect for family with nature and village ambience, all staffs are very nice and helpfull. Java village theme and ambience gives different and unique experience than ordinary hotel.

Vanity room is not equiped with air conditioning.

Missed a little western in terms of food, drinks, etc. The breakfast was 100% Indonesian and really just missed a little touch of something western. The cleaning could also be better and had wished they would remove frogs and lizards from the room in connection with the cleaning.

The room was really nice and spacious. The resort had a really nice feel to it, lovely location in the hills and was nearby to a few restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the gym.

Building works were still ongoing at the property which we were unaware of. Nothing too noisy but it was noticeable.

The design is traditional Javanese style, which is very creative and interesting. The staff tried to help and were very friendly. Very quiet , relaxed environment, room was large and spacious.

Lots of mosquitoes throughout the property, including in the room , staff did not seem to have any iniative to solve problems and seemed very nervous and lacking confidence. They seemed to not be very focused on the customer and clearly need training in this regard. The food in the restaurant was fairly average and location is quite a way out of central Cirebon . Sometimes in heavy traffic could take 30 minutes or more . We missed our train because of heavy traffic on a Saturday morning so allow plenty of time if catching a train . They seem to have a strange rule when providing transport as they charge per person not for the car itself.
