We had the place to ourselves Lots of area for kids to play Pool to ourselves Close to the beach Breakfast was suffice .. no buffet Pancakes or bacon and eggs.

Shower pressure was horrible ... Also not freestanding .. had to hold the shower to get wet etc Rust stains on the bath Air conditioning was not very good. Staff were obliging but needed to ask for anything including water

the location to the beach and cafes

why offer a kettle and cups with no spoons or coffee/tea had no tv but had tv socket so at one time it had one..the room was so empty it echoed everytime we spoke looked tired and smelt musky the paint is blistering

"A nice villa but need to fix some parts to stay competitive to other new hotels."

Large room and balcony, nature vibe surrounding the hotel, very near to the beach, lots of bars surround it, quiet place to stay.

They need to fix the shower, provide the toiletries completely, clean the floor appropriately, provide room service for F&B so the customer can get the food easily, colder aircon.

The pool and location

Rooms not set up properly. It is like they half did the things in there. We did not have a clothes airer, or chair to sit outside, no spoons etc. just the littles things, just inconvenient, needs more attention to details. No lighting to pool - very unsafe. Old and needs some TLC - could be amazing. Staff friendly. Maybe covid has impacted on this establishment. We all think that the price was too much for the condition.
