Location is so good main road touch property and beach is just 100 mtrs away from the hotel

Expected something better from the resort if you pay around 5 thousand for 1 day. you only get small size room, ordinary type of breakfast the test of breakfast is worst but the chicken butter and fish thali was better. Overall this is not value for money option

Cleanliness

Property was at very good location, near to the Kihim beach, it was clean and kept in good condition, staff was helpful.

Too much Mosquitoes, owner of the property is quite rude, she don’t know how to talk, she lacks the sense of communicating and making good relationships with her guests, too much practical and doing core business. She doesn’t care if guests visits her property or not, she doesn’t have empathy towards her guests. Property doesn’t have any shops near by, no restaurants nothing, no public transport to travel by, in case of emergencies it will be quite challenging.
