1.Value for money 2. kihim beach accesible at 2min 3. Nice quite place with parking available 4.Room facilities with Wifi, TV, AC, Mini Fridge. 5. Inhouse kitchen amd dinning area. 6. Nearbuy restanrants available. 7. incuded breakfast in room price. 8. Overall pleasant saty witg family. NOTE. pls ask local people and just dont rely on Google Map. seems.connecting bridge was broken amd we needes to take alternate route. Local authority added signboard to help out so just watch out before going.

Wish they could have given Lunch and Dinner included in package.

Great location. And a lovely quiet property. Staff was hospitable. Specially the cook Sapna who ensured we were served delicious meals throughout our stay.

Maintenance could have been better. The rooms n toilets need more cleaning.
