Kumbhalgarh Fort Resort

We were 6 of us for the trip and alloted 4 rooms as there policy they can't accomodate 3 in a room.from first day 1 room AC was not working.we hv complain many time but problem not solved.finally last they gave suit to stay.but in that room also we found cockroaches and other types of insects.afyer complaining about it they say you are in jungle what you expect here.Reception staff were polite and helpful too.but manager Shaitan singh was not ready to listen our problem.there were variety of insects in each and every room.bathrooms were stinking of nali trap odour..restaurant food was ok but Schezwan sauce was spoiled and stinking.curd and chaas were sour all days..after complaining to manager he was least bother and no regrate.as if he was doing favour to us to give accomodation after charging a so much money.location was good .

Property is good but lacks cleanliness. Bedsheets and towels were not clean; perhaps not washed properly or reused.
