I loved everything about Naya. The location is perfect and surrounded by rice paddies. The room pics on the Naya website are a true reflection of the property and I loved the decor.

I only liked the location and that I randomly met great people on the road

The service wasn't professional. I got charged more than I thought because of card surcharge. Breakfast wasn't tasty. Receptionists aren't trained well to do their jobs.

"I absolutely loved this place."

I arrived late in the evening. The staff came and greeted myself and my guests with a cold beverage. We were impressed at the cleanliness. The hospitality was second to none. We only had toast and bacon for breakfast before we went out for the day. I would definitely stay again.

If I would complain it would be the steps going up to my villa. However I managed just fine.
