The staff is really nice and food is tasty. Love their tradition local food.

Didn’t find AC control in the room. Room is kind of cold and humid, especially the bed. The bed sheet and pillow is not dry enough to keep me warm during night.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for sunrise tour. However the bed sheet was very dirty.

If the bed sheet can be more clean that would be good.

We had insects in our room upon check in i.e. mosquitoes upon check in. It will be good if you could do a quick check to ensure the rooms are clean and clear of insects. Having said that the service staff came promptly to provide us with a spray. Although the room came with a balcony, we did not open the door in case of mosquitoes. Perhaps you may want to look at fogging the venue every so often.

The booking of tours and airport transfer can be more clearer i.e. payment wise. In the email sent, we could pay by card but was asked to pay by cash at reception. Communication wise it could be clearer

increasing comunicative staff about the hotel and environment..and for welcoming drink at the reservation location

Beautiful place

A little noisy when you sleep in the daytime, cause the cleaners are trying to clean the houses next to you.
