Location and ambience is good. Not exactly like the photos but it does measure up well.

The staff (in particular the receptionist and property manager) are not exactly the most courteous people and are quick to offer excuses for the lack of service. We reached at 1500h and had informed of an early check in at 1400h but still had to wait for 20 mins. Instead of apologising he said “what are we to do? Not cater for other guests?” His attitude and manner of speaking throughout the stay (particularly towards women) was abhorrent and while people may excuse it on account of the pros of the venue, it is definitely a major issue for me and fellow travellers and we would not recommend this property unless you’re okay being spoken to like they’re doing you a favour.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. Restaurant/bar was great and served a wide range of food and drink. Short walk to the main road where the restaurants are and 10 min walk to the beach

Location was good. Interiors and amenities were good. The pool was good.

The check in desk staff are rude and not courteous.

Front counter staff were abrupt and disinterested . Other staff were fantastic !
