The only redeeming part of the entire stay was the location of the property, the beach and pool area. The outside area such as lawn and the huge Banyan tree made it more pretty. The buffet was somewhat okay (both lunch and breakfast)

Our rooms were in the main building and the moment we entered, it was depressing. The walls, ceiling, furniture everything was damp and wet. Yes I'm aware that it's a humid climate but the lack of maintenance was alarming. We had a few calls with housekeeping and the behavior was not nice as we had asked them to clean up the wet floor as it was dripping. Lack of fans in the gaming area, the extremely poor wifi connection, lack of responses in restaurant etc. I definitely won't be coming back for a second stay.

Worth to stay

The location of the property was excellent but was highly disappointed with the room we were provided. It was quite small and the floor was not clean (had sand). The rooms were old and could use some Tenno
